The Orb respects your privacy. Mostly.
This Privacy Policy describes how Nexavision ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you play Orb & Order ("the Game"). By using the Game, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Account Information: Email address and username when you register.
- Gameplay Data: Progress, Devotion Points, follower counts, purchases, and in-game actions.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, and app version for diagnostics.
- Purchase Information: If you make in-app purchases, transaction records are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store your payment details.
- Usage Analytics: How you interact with the Game, session duration, and feature usage, to help us improve.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To operate and maintain your game account and progress.
- To process in-app purchases and restore them if needed.
- To send important account notifications (e.g. password reset).
- To improve the Game through aggregate, anonymised analytics.
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To respond to support requests.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service Providers: Trusted third-party providers who assist with hosting, analytics, and customer support, under confidentiality agreements.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and users.
4. In-App Purchases
Crystal and premium currency purchases are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We receive confirmation of purchases but never your payment card details. Please review Apple's and Google's privacy policies for purchase-related data handling.
5. Children's Privacy
Orb & Order is not directed at children under 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@orbandorder.com. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days.
7. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure credential storage. No system is 100% secure; in the unlikely event of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Data portability.

9. Third-Party Services

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-game notice or email. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
